Let me see if I can find where it is sold Journey. I get it directly from them in bulk.

By far the best tasting protein shake on the market. Everyone claims that, but this one truly is the best.

Muscle Milk has alot of cretine for people wanting to avoid cretine I would not suggest Muscle Milk.

CYTOSPORT does make the best ZMA product on the market though. I love the ZMASSPM that they sell.

This is why I dont take supplements...I tried creatine once had great results actually...until my arms starting falling asleep...i don't want anything that has side effects...

I have heard a lot of controversy about protein sups...that is why I ask, is it worth the side effects, and what will i gain at this point?

I am all for a boost, just not going to go crazy risking anything over it.

I use it for a lot of our athletes looking to add a little weight because it is a nice protein/calorie boost. All supplements try to hype their results and ingredients as being better than the others. I try and stick to reputable brands that taste and digest well.

I prefer this product over most others simply because it is by far the easiest to digest and best tasting.

It does have Creatine GCC, but it is not the same as taking a creatine supplement. It helps your body produce optimum levels of its own creatine.

I have used it before and really liked it. I try and stay right around 195-205. I don't really look to bulk up too much. I am 6'2" and find it to work really well when I do try and add 5 pounds or so because I can't really cook. It works great for me to get some added calories and protein right after a workout without having a hard time drinking it. It really does taste great. Better than a milkshake.

I heard the woman from harvard who trains all the olympians, she says all that shit is inferior to plain ole eggs. she also says grovestand tropicana and powdered milk combined is a better protein that those as well.

flame away if you must show your ignorance, but the harvard olympic nutritionist with a phd would know imho.

And thats why they play the game.

i do the egg white route, but be weary of the gas, man is it bad.

Journey, i would expect trying a protein supplement for the first time would add a few pounds. At least it did for me.

There is a lot of truth in that, but to say that the advances made in the nutrition industry over the last 10 years hasn't added reputable methods to plain eggs and powdered milk is pretty close minded. Having a PhD doesn't always mean they are the most intelligent. Now if every person that ever earned a PhD from Harvard agreed with her, then that would be different. But I can put up several people with a PhD to argue opposite of that.

I am not saying I know it all, but I would disagree strongly with what she says. I know of hundreds, maybe thousands, of others a lot smarter than me that would as well.

The comment may have been made towards a specific area too...you never know. When dealing with Olympic athletes, there are a lot of over the counter supplements that they can't even use because of banned substances. If they were inferior, they wouldn't be banned and we would not see such incredible advances in athleticism and physiques over the last decade.
